Explore Noosa Tours

Noosa is a cosmopolitan and friendly place with a laid-back holiday feel attracting scores of visitors every year. For many, Noosa is the place when it comes to Queensland.

Whilst Noosa does not quite have the exclusive appeal of Port Douglas it contrast nicely with the faster pace of the Gold Coast.

The formal dining is well catered for in Noosa along with numerous street side cafes. Seafood is usually fresh as most of it is caught locally.

You can easily lose a day in and around Noosa's boutiques and art galleries. Well known Noosa artists, Noosa potters and Noosa sculptors who display their art locally. There are also many markets in the region held during the weekend that also offer arts and craft of variable quality but who knows what you might find.

If you'd like to take your own picnic hamper to the beach or Noosa National Park, you will find many very well stocked delicatessens that host a huge variety of continental and Asian offerings.

An excellent day can be spent on the Noosa River above Boreen Point on the Everglades in Cooloola National Park. This area is pristine, and hosts an abundance of bird life. The natural bushland sweeps down to the banks of the river. This is an extremely relaxing activity, there are fantastic reflections wherever you look along this gentle waterway.

A tour is usually the best way to make the most of these beautiful places

The Noosa hinterland surrounding the Noosa region also has many natural resources worthy of investigation. The mountain range that divides the coastal region from the inland plains has many spectacular lookouts.

Dotted along the hills are some excellent picnic and barbeque spots with quite good amenities. You will also find rambling streams that in the wet season rampage to torrents over the waterfalls above the coastal valleys.

Skydiving Noosa
You have to do one a crazy thing whilst on holiday. May as well go for the big one, just don’t tell your mum until afterwards.

Noosa - Tandem Skydiving on the Beach

Come fly with me, come jump and skydive away and see, not just part, but the whole Sunshine Coast very quickly. From Noosa right down to Caloundra and Bribie Island, you get to see it all (but you will have to open your eyes of course) from a sensational perspective.

The ride to altitude is quick and smooth - the views are fantastic from 14,000 ft. Jumping out of the plane will completely grab you. The freefall is fast and incredible; the parachute ride is quiet, re-assuring and peaceful.

Finish this ultimate experience by landing on the beautiful beach at Coolum - right in the middle of the Sunshine Coast. This is simply the best place to skydive.

But it's not over after we land! It's back to our office at the Coolum Beach Hotel just 2 minutes away. Grab a cold drink from the bar while the DVDs are processed, get your First Jump Certificate, T-shirt and other goodies and then relax by watching your jump on the big screen.

You'll be leaving us with the biggest smile on your face and will have the rest of the Coast to play in.

All jumps are videoed so if you like it then you can decide to buy - and relive your jump anytime you like! Your instructor carries the videos while you jump and it's all about you.

They record everything you say and do! It's a DVD mini-movie of your whole skydiving experience. You can even purchase still digital photos of your jump, burnt onto a CD while you wait and e-mail images to your friends!

Tandem skydiving onto the beach at Coolum is simple and easy and is a MUST DO activity while you are on holidays on the fabulous Sunshine Coast. You will have extreme fun. You won't regret it, guaranteed!
