hour and halfs drive south of Cairns.
The Tully River commences it rapid ride towards the Coral Sea on
the Atherton Tablelands. A deep gorge has been carved out by the
river over the eons, driven by the substantial rainfall in the area.
The Tully River Gorge has spectacular views, waterfalls, rapids
and also contains many rare and threatened plants and animal species.
